Due to this being a solo provider business without any support staff, please book your appointments on www.schedulicity.com.

Search under Cindy Dumon, RN for the schedule and select the services you wish to schedule.  Prices are posted where possible.  Consultation appointments are not required.  Your first appointment will serve as a consultation.  There is no obligation to pay for an appointment if no treatment is done.

There is no charge for a no show, but if this occurs multiple times, Schedulicity will block you from booking future appointments.  You may cancel any appointment up to one hour before.  

Note:  This is a single provider practice.  There is no staff.  The staff person you see is Dr. Levin's office manager.  When you arrive for your appointment, please take a seat in the waiting room.  If you are a new patient, please fill out the registration forms and sign the consents.  You will find these in the waiting room.  Cindy will come out to bring you back to the treatment room. 

Sutter Novato Community Hospital Security locks the downstairs clinic doors at 6:30 pm.  If you arrive after that time, and find the clinic doors locked, you can always get into the building through the main entrance to the hospital.  You can then walk around inside the building to get to the clinic side.
